Since its founding, the Pernicka Corporation has been a leader in advanced vacuum and mass spectrometer systems. John Pernicka began his research into mass spectrometry and ultra-high vacuum systems in 1960. He founded the Pernicka Corporation in 1973 in response to a critical JPL need for advanced equipment that could solve unique testing problems in the Viking and Voyager programs. With research, engineering, and manufacturing facilities the Pernicka Corporation is dedicated to providing efficient, cost-effective solutions to many manufacturing and measurement needs involving mass spectrometry, surface science, ultra-high vacuum, automation, process control, and computer technology.
